i nned to lose weight help me i dont care if i get sick

Probably very little real weight. You will "lose weight" because you will be dehydrated. Little known fact: your body retains a percentage of anything you eat before the purge. You will become quite hungry afterwards, and will quite possibly binge and purge again, therefore retaining another percentage of the calories ingested. The cycle will only continue.

Meanwhile, you will be damaging your esophagial lining, coroding your teeth and putting yourself at risk for electrolyte imbalance and cardiac problems.

I'm so sorry that you are in so much pain, and experiencing so much body dissatisfaction that you would be willing to consider this. My advice to you: don't do it. If you are truly uncomfortable with your body, work with a nutritionist to make changes in a healthy way.

why do you need to lose weight so fast? If you throw up for 11 days you will lose weight, most of it being water weight. You won't have energy and will probably feel really weak..and when you do start eating chances are that you are going to binge and your weight will return..i've struggled for some time now, it's nothing you want to get into. Maybe cut back your calories just a little bit and excercise. Laxatives and diuretics with just further dehydrate you. Let me know if you have any questions

Considering all the answers so far they cover most of the good or bad. My two cents include the damage you will do to your insides from all the stomach acid you will be forcing back up by doing this. You will end up in a hospital or worse but you might not like the end results. The type of hospital will most likely be the ones that control your every move. You need to talk to an adult and I mean now as your heading down a path that is a lifetime issue. Recovery frmo eating disorders are just that and if you don't care about your self you should consider those around you. TALK to someone and just put yourself in their hands for help. If not you will end up somewhere you won't want to be. Or worse.

For the love of god, don't throw up for 11 days OR take laxatives for that long- you say you don't care if you get sick but there are some serious complications that can go along with these behaviours. You need to seek some professional help.

It will only take a few times to empty your stomach completely, after that it will only be foul tasting slime, and stomach acid that will eat away at your esophogus if you keep it up for 11 days. the weight loss would be minamal as your stomach doesn't hold all that much in it at once... its the intestines that fill up, and once in the intestines I *believe* its stuck... can't be thrown up.

why are you so desperate to lose weight so dangerously if you try it there are two places you will end up 1. hospital 2. mental health center under lockdown /morgue if you want to loose weight there are safer methods non life threatning methods seek professional help immediately because there is obviously more you havent said that is impacting your life to make you so desperate Gorbalizer

Seriously, to lose weight, eat a small portioned balanced diet and excersise. Do not starve yourself. Do not eat before bed, but do eat dinner. REMEMBER key words, CARDIO and BALANCED DIET. But, just for having a disclaimer, check w/ your doctor before starting a plan.

you shouldn't do things like that to lose weight. you should do it a healthier way and the weight will stay off longer and you won't need to be rushed to the hospital or become addicted to stupid habits.
