Where in the Bible does it say that Jesus drank wine? I know that it says he turned the water into wine at the wedding but it doesn't say that he drank it. Not only that but it was not firmented. It was basically juice.
The Bible states in several places where we should NOT drink alcohol:
Leviticus 10:9 Do not drink wine nor strong drink....
Numbers 6:3 He shall separate himself from wine
Deuteronomy 28:39 bult shalt neither drink of the wine
Judges 13:4 drink not wine nor strong drink
Judges 13:7 now drink no wine nor strong drink
1 Sam 1:14 put away thy wine from thee
Proverbs 20:1 Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging
Luke 1:15 drink neither wine nor strong drink
Ephesians 5:18 And be not drunk with wine
There are many more, but this is a good start
In response to Jade60's comment about using bread and wine to represent Christ's body and blood. Wine is basically juice that has gone bad. It has firmented. It has bacteria in it. How on earth can we use something that is corrupted (bacteria, firmentation) to represent the perfect, sinless blood of our Saviour? This is why many churches use grape juice during the Lord's Supper.

Ephesians 5:18
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit.
Contrary to what some people would
have you to believe, the Bible is not ambiguous about
the subject of alcohol. In the book of Proverbs there
are several warning labels along the way. Look back at
chapter 20, verse 1. "Wine is a mocker; strong drink
is raging and whosoever is deceived thereby is not
wise." That's a warning label.
Look at Proverbs 31, verse 4 and 5. "It is not for
kings, o Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine nor
for princes strong drink, lest they drink and forget
the law and pervert the judgment of any of the
afflicted."
Becoming DRUNK is a sin. Just as over-eating (gluttony),

During the time of Christ, wine was a standard drink at mealtime. Pure water for drinking was unusual, unless it had been boiled. Most water drawn from the wells was used for cooking and bathing. So it would make perfect sense that Jesus drank wine.
The alcoholic content of the wine He drank is a whole other debateable issue.
Falling-down drunk though?
Doubtful.
Scriptures in Hebrews remind us that He was tempted in all the same ways that we are, yet He remained to be without sin.

No problem with it. I know He didn't get drunk because He died without sin. Drunkenness is a sin. Therefore, He did not get drunk.
I am glad to see the overpowering response that alcohol in moderation is not a sin. I believe this to be the truth, although I also believe that God gives certain people the inclination that alcohol is wrong for them because it could be a stumbling block for them; in other words, God knows that some people can be easily controlled by alcohol and He protects them by telling them it is wrong for them.
Not to confuse anyone here; I don't believe alcohol is wrong for anyone in moderation, but I do believe there are people who do not have the self control in this part of their lives to moderate the amount they drink.
EDIT:
To respond to the answer above mine:
Lev. 10:9 only applied to the Levites, and only when the were preparing to enter the tent of meeting
Numbers 6:3 only applied to the Nazirites, those who made a special vow to God. They could not cut their hair, either
Deut. 28:39 is the announcement of a punishment, not a prohibition against drinking wine
Judges 13:4 and 7 applied only to Samson, who was a Nazirite
I Samuel 1:14 Eli thought Hannah was drunk because she was praying silently but her lips were moving.
Proverbs 20:1 says that whoever is lead astray by wine and beer is unwise. Those are the ones who cannot control their intake
Luke 1:15 applied only to John the Baptist
Eph. 5:18 Only says not to get drunk

So did the rest of the disciples for that matter (at the Last Supper). Wine was a lot more reliable to drink back then than water. Although water was transported in by mountain streams, sanitation was never as promising as it is today. Jesus drank wine. He never got drunk though.
To answer your question: No, it doesn't bother me.

You need to look at the contex of the word wine and the biblical use of the word.
Wine such as NEW WINE is non alcoholic grape juice.
Wine such as OLD WINE is alcoholic.
Lk:5:37: And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.
Lk:5:38: But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved
1Tm:5:23: Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.

if you notice the wine the Bible talks about is called new wine, which means it wasn't not fermented.. it was like grape juice.
the water in those days was terrible and they drank wine. this wine is not the like the wine we have today. not saying that they didn't have the hard stuff, I'm sure that they did but Jesus didn't get drunk. he taught moderation of all things.

No. It is still a normal Jewish practice at some of the festivals to get a little "happy". I'm quite sure that He could hold his wine quite well.
There probably was not much alcohol content in the typical wine as it was only fermented to preserve it.

You are correct and know more than people I went to Bible college with!
Jesus for sure drank wine, and the teachers of the law made fun of him for it and not fasting when they did. Alcohol has sure become taboo because of our abuse of it and the media campaigns against it. With the church, it has become a stumbling block. Christians of good conscience cant drink it or they will not be thought well of by other believers invariably.
