My boyfriend of almost a year recently revealed to me he still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend, with whom he broke up with two years ago...he got very emotional and cried....i was there for him and i told him that it was natural not to forget your first love....anyway we are still dating, but i'm just not sure what's going on with him....he acts like he still cares about her.....ALOT....i don't know what to do....

Time to sit him down and talk about it. He told you how he feels about his ex so you need to tell him how you feel about your relationship. Sounds like he needs to make a choice.... stay with you or crawl back to her.

Honey you need to give this guy a little space to decide what he really wants and i would say be his friend but I think he needs time to heal and or get over this girl if he can't get her back I think he may still want to be with her! if he still has feeling for his ex, how can you be happy knowing that his heart doest belong to you? its not fair on you. no matter how sad he is, he should be focused on you. you have to let him know that you have feeling too. past relationship should never get in the way of present one.
