Give yourself a good reason to get up in the morning. What is it
you look forward to. Plan your day so you the best thing is scheduled in the morning. Sounds like you may be suffering from depression. If planning your day to do worthwhile things don't work you may want to see a doctor.

I really think the light idea is a good one, also a shower can help, but if you are like me and find it hard to settle down for sleep, you might need to take a short walk in the morning, then shower and such...get moving, that will help.

i know it is hard but if you get into a routine it helps, go to bed early, dont eat much before bed and try a nice hot bath to help you fall asleep earlier, once you get into that routine you will automatically wake up early
good luck
