You should always have both....work hard and you will have more faith in your self and your work. You can not rely on just faith that you can do something because if you fail then you lose faith in yourself. You can't just rely on hard work because you must believe in yourself for the work to show!

I think the faith in yourself is a direct result of the hardwork you have put in. This is true for most things in life.

Its simple...you know you can do the work by yourself thats faith...then you will recognise the amount of work to be put to complete the work that is hardwork...both cannot be differentiated...hope its clear!!
