Very carefully. Some of them have huge and very jealous boyfriends. Be confident and not aggressive. Informally introduce yourself. Ask for help with directions or something like that. Once you get talking, shift the subject to weekend plans or some such. Tell her thank you and can we get together to talk. Again, don't be too aggressive, just confident.
