I like someone, and I've asked her out. She hasn't said anything since mid June. Every time i call her, my conversations don't go far. We used to be friends, but around mid-school year, we kinda stopped talking. Then I asked her out. Does this have anything to do with it? Anyway, do i keep on hoping, or move on?

It's that you keep your hopes up because you maintain a positive attitude but you seriously need to ask her if you said anything between you two. She may not want to talk about it but let her know that you still want to be friends with her(if that is the truth)

Move on. She obviously feels uncomfortable with the situation because she wants to just be friends. If you move on and act like nothing was a big deal, you may be able to regain your friendship.
