Say "thank you" & really mean it; use descriptive words. "OH, how sweet of you to say that !!!" - or "I really never gave it much thought", Or "You say the nicest things!" If you seem appreciative of the compliment, people will think of you as sincere; if your not, it always shows through! You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time! [abe lincoln] Just show some honesty & allow the kind words to flow from your lips when you speak in appreciation, & you definately won't come across as conceited!

Smile, and say, "thank you, you're very kind." If you say it sincerely, that will be enough. you've accepted the compliment, and you've complimented them back. If you're uncomfortable with a compliment, say that line, then change the subject to something else.

The best thing to do is say a simple 'thank you'. You may want to give them some sort of compliment afterwards.

Tell them thank you and if possible think of something nice you can honestly say in return. Like if they say Oh I LOVE your hair its sooooo pretty and you can honestly do so try saying thank you very much. I like your dress, its a very good color on you.

u say, thank you so much thats rly sweet, or nice, or u didnt have to, or "that means alot to me thank u so much" etc- usually if someone is complimenting u they rent expecting u to be conceited in return, so just say thanks and move on with ur day

Say thank you and dont be self-conscious about it. I dont believe in compliments unless they are sincere anyways and people can see through false compliments.
