and as for calcium/magnesium supplements, are they in anyway harmful

Good sources of calcium = milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, orange juice (only if it's the kind w/ added calcium!), salmon, clams, almonds, tofu, figs, cooked spinach, cooked greenbeans...

If you're not getting enough calcium in your diet, make sure you take a supplement. Viactiv Chews are pretty tasty chocolate or caramel calcium chews. 2 a day will give you all of the calcium you need, plus the Vitamin D and K needed to porperly absorb it. http://www.viactiv.com If you're not into the chews (which I prefer), you can always go with Oscal or Caltrate.

also your supplements are fine, as long as you get them from a well named store. Remember, you get what you pay for.
I drink soy milk as well that has it added
