I am trying to measure my weight loss success in inches instead of pounds because when I add exercise, the scale barely budges. If I am dieting (low calorie, healthy foods) and jogging 2-3 miles per day, approximately how long does it take to lose an inch?

3-4 weeks of continuing what you're doing.

In general, losing 10 lbs is approximately a size. It's confusing b/c if you gain muscle weight, you can't tell what's going on.

If you don't see any difference after 4 weeks (which is about a month) then you should talk to your doctor.

depends on how much calories you take in every day. If you jog 2-3miles every day and just take in 1800-2000 calories, you can see results in 2-3 weeks. Quicker if you lower C. I. and longer if your C.I is higher
