Red and yellow spots all over the palms of the hands.

usually when one has a liver problem..the palms of the hands become very red,

my feeling is that you are having imagination problems...and, need to keep busy..

never mind this spotting and get busy enjoying your life......time is running out................

One of the few diseases that actually affects the palms and soles is Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. It is a febrile, Rickettsial disease spread by ticks and not limited to the Rocky Mountains. In fact, this disease was reported from every U.S. state except Hawaii, Vermont, Maine, and Alaska.

If you have any history of tick exposure, you might want to consider this a possibility.

i agree, liver issues...it could be the kidneys are affected as well.

i would go to the doctor and get tested and a full blood lab that would include an antibody test for HCV.
