depends on if she's already a friend of yours or not. if so, let her know you're interested, point blank, she'll either appreciate your honesty or be weirded out cuz she wants to stay just friends. If she's not your friend yet and is just an acquaintence, ask her out anyway, be strong, be brave, be CONFIDENT - not cocky. Smile (but not too much) and flirt innocently. Either way, if she says no, IT'S FINE - it's not the end of the world - just use the experience as practice for the next time you wanna ask someone out. Do you know that girl well? If so, that's a bit easier I think and the answer is quite simple; be casual! It won't be suspicious when you ask her over to your place and enjoy popcorn and movies.
If not well acquainted: First; talk to her in a neutral place. If she's walking with her girlfriends, try to impress them as well (friends of a girls
= VERY IMPORTANT=they can put in a good word for you!) Blend the asking out question in your conversation, in a casual way.
If she refuses, you can ask her and her friends to go out with you and your friends. That way; you don't come over too strong.

Just go up to her, start a conversation and ask her if she'd want to go to a movie or something. If she says no don;t ask again. If she changes her mind she'll come to you.

Just start talkin to her like normal and then ask her if you can catch a movie or go to eat. If she says no just be up front and asl her if she is interested in kickin it with you or just being friends.

you should just ask her out....
.if she says no just deal with it......maybe you can try just hanging out with her and let her get to know you than maybe she will like you and you can try asking her out again.....
