I have this friend who I think I'm in love. We've been talking on the phone for 6 months now and only just recently met 2 weeks ago. We both get along great. She's single (hasn't dated a guy in over a year and a half). I genuinly have feelings for her. We recently met for the first time two weeks ago. I was so nervous. We just kind of just looked at each other in awkward silence for awhile. Then i finally spoke up and said it was really awkward seeing her in person. She agreed and we laughed. There's more to it than that. Later on we both admitted it was hard to look at each other because we talked so long on the phone that it just felt weird. But when we talk at night she reads to me. I like that a lot. She's also an english teacher. So my question is do you think she likes me more than a friend? I don't know if I gave enough info so ask me questions.

Okay, so reading to me is a sign of affection? Like I said before there is a big more to the story. Just little looks and glances and smiles when we finally met. But it seems just when we warm up to each other... BAM! Cold! Or when like my sister thought I said I wrote my friend a song, she was like No! with a scoured face. I think maybe a little over reaction, but I don't know. I can't flat out and ask her either. It's kind of complicated.

yes i think she likes u more then a friend , women seems to bond together alot closer then a man and a woman would. women know what woman want. but make sure u try to spend as much together time as u can i was in the same type of relationship more phone with her then in person due to the distance. and to be honest with u i feel in love with the phone person then i did with the in person person. after we moved in ..guess what it didnt last. i wish u luck .

What makes you think that she is gay? Especially since she dated guys. Only a small percentage of the population is, you know. If she hasn't told you that she's lesbian, don't assume that she is. Ask her. Otherwise, it could really get awkward...

that sounds like a perfect but awkward relationship, if you with each other more often it won't be so awkward
