Hey, first take a mild back relief pill every once in a while (but you probably already knew that). But my real answer comes with experience. My father had the exact thing happen to him almost exactly how you said it. a friend of his let him have a bottle of this Monavie drink, that has a lot of antioxidents and major anti-inflammatory fruit in it, and in about 2 1/2 - 3 days it was gone and he feels about 90% better. So I looked into this stuff and it's actually backed up by Dr. Perricone, a big time healing type of doctor, and it works. anyways, check it out my father orders this stuff by the case and it makes him feel like a million bucks, try it who knows if it will work for you!? if you need some help trying to track this stuff down or just want to try some let me know. Good luck, most importantly!!

To me, that sounds like a pinched nerve, or, uh. . .well, it kind of sounds like a heart attack, too. Either way, I think you definitely need to go to the doctor pretty soon, okay?

Take care.
