pork all the way !! Have you ever had the chance to roast a whole pig ? OMG the fat and skin is the best !!

Pork is better when roasting a large cut or the whole pig....

Beef is better when you have Prime Rib

What a toss up!! I like them both :-P

Fat ruins pork but enhances beef. So I'll pick beef.
