Go for it you only live once.No one likes for someone to tell them no and if it happens at least you tried.I think that you should simply walk up to her and say do you want to go out to dinner or lunch or on a date.Better hurry up before the next man does it for you.Snatch her up.

well yah you should usually when the girl's friends say she likes you she does. So you should ask her out and most likely she will say yes. Good luck
