Lower left: could be kidney stones
Upper left: could be (but probably not) heart or lung related
Anywhere: disc problem or muscle spasm.

If you have any blood in your urine, or you are clammy, have a high or weak pulse, etc...get yourself to an ER. Otherwise follow up with your GP in the morning. Good luck!

You could have a herniated disc or other back trauma? You need a doctor or a chiropractor now. Don't wait this could be serious. If it were me I pick a chiropractor.
