They will all make your eyes turn yellow because they cause your liver to become inflamed. Some are chronic (you will always have it and will have periods of remission) while some types of hepatitis are acute (go away once treated).

Hepatitis C will give you a yellow color to your skin as well as to the whites of your eyes. It affects your liver which creates bile ruben. To much bile ruben will make you yellow. The same as with babies being jaundice

all hepatitis's will cause yellowing-from not noticable to extremely noticable....just depends on the severity of the disease
