I agree with you whole heartedly, and I disagree with what the poster said that we are feeding into it with this post. Nonsense. the people that are feeding into it are the ones that respond to their posts. Hopefully yahoo can do something about the filth, and I am not just talking about religion.
To answer your post, I think the ones that are eliciting sex on yahoo answers, have porno on their avatar, as far as religion, if they disagree they can say so, that is free speech, but what I have seen is not disagreement it is FILTH, and I hope yahoo can come up with a way to minimize it.

Yes, going WAY too far. We have every right to think what we want and express our opinions about the Buybull, evil Yahweh, and the fictional Jesus idiot...who supported slavery by the way.

Sounds to me like you would like it a lot in Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan. They won't let you say bad things about their Deity's there. You would have also liked it a lot back in the dark ages..maybe you could try one of those Christian communes that are popping up everywhere. If not the Buybull Belt would be ok for yah, but you should stay miles away from the Internet.

well, everyone on this PUBLIC forum is entitled to saying whatever they want. Sure, it's a shame that some would denounce someone's religion or the figures within. But Christianity isn't the only one being bashed. Quit trying to victimize Christians. You guys outnumber most other faiths anyway.

I agree with you. Christ said in the Bible that if they hated me they will also hate you. I am here to witness and plant seeds of the Gospel message, others are here to water. Who knows, maybe somewhere along the line some of these people will be saved. I will answer questions if people are genuinely curious about my faith. I have reported people when their intention was to hurt and insult, especially when they have used vulgar and profane language to describe Jesus Christ my Lord.
As Christ said on the cross, Forgive them Father, they know not what they are doing.
I do agree with yiou though!

I am not a Christian. I am an ex-christian who follows the Tao. I am also a believer in separation of church and state. I may abhor everything you say but will defend to the death your right to say it. I do not need to be swayed by what you say. Nor do I need to read what you write. When we allow censorship of thoughts or ideas, we kill democracy.

I don't know, but it's awfully annoying. Also, have you noticed how many people are slamming Christians on here? Trying to stir up trouble for us.They need to get a life or a job...

^5 !!!!! I could not agree with you more. I keep clicking trying to bring up a question that might be worthy of the time it will take for me to answer. Yours was the first in about 20 minutes. Thank you for saying this.

You are feeding the trolls by expressing outrage about it.
They're after attention and you are playing into it.
So if you want them to go away:
Stop.
