How do Mexicans Legally do it? thats what baffles me, because I keep seeing anti immigrant folks saying to do it the legal way, what is the legal way?, and who grants them the legal way?

It is very difficult. The main ways one can immigrate to the US are 1) marriage 2) family (parents, brothers/sisters) 3) work ( must have a bachelor's degree minimum, some experience) 4) Green Card Lottery (50,000 residence visas are given at random from 3 million applicants)

All of the above ways are quite difficult and involve lots of paperwork, money and very long wait time. Don't listen to people who tell you that it's as simple as going and applying for a visa (they don't know what they are talking about)...

Once you have your permanent residency you can apply for citizenship after a 5 year wait ( 3 years if you marry a US citizen. Marriage to a US citizen remains the easiest way to immigrate to the US. The green card lottery is also quite easy but you must be very lucky !

US is certanly a good country to be in but don't be fooled there are many countries in the world that provide a much higher standard of living...

They apply to enter this country with a work visa, a student visa or apply for residency. If they need to know the particulars, I know for a fact there are American Embassies in Mexico (due to our "relationship"). And I am also sure that their government offices have information as well. And with this wonderful thing we are on right now (the world wide web) - I am sure there is a place that they can access the internet. If not, then maybe they need to do some research - just like the rest of us do when we want to do something, but don't know just how to do it.

If you are incinuating that it is "difficult" to do, then how is it that there are those that can get into this country LEGALLY, and they "find a way" to remain legal here? If it is so hard, why are there people here legally?

Yo!!! Where have you been? Haven't you ever heard of a green card? If you want to come to America, dude, go to the American Embassy or Consulate in your country and apply. Unfortunately for us they will probably approve your application and we have no choice but to let you come in.

And all this time I thought I WAS talking to an American.

It depends on where in America you want to immigrate too. North and South America has a lot of different countries. I'm sure they all have different policies you douche bag.

you go to the US consulate in your country and apply. there is a waiting list based on your countries quota and when your name rotates to the top you can apply for a visa.
