I'm sure you could have a pectoral implant as they are now doing calf implants to make that muscle look artificially bigger.

They have implants for you pecs. They are soft and feel real but they are solid unlike the ones they use for female breast implants.
You can ask your doctor about this and I,m sure he can give you more details and names of reputable Dr.s that do this sort of opperation.
