The true measurement of a girl's attractiveness is her heart not her breast size. Besides if they stay small, when you're 60 they will still be where God put them, and not half way to your knees.
As far as whether or not he likes you? Time will tell. Don't push. Let things flow naturally. Just concentrate on one date at a time and learning all you can about him. If you wake up one morning and realize that you have had 345 dates, I would say there is a good chance you have a relationship. lol. But remember most girls don't marry the guy they were with at age 16. So don't worry. Mr Right will come along.

can't really give a good answer on the first one, not much to go by, but i will say that a girl doesn't need to have big boobs to be attractive, and i would say the going out 3 times is a good sign but the hug may or may not mean anything, depends on the guy, i know tons of people who hug practically to say hello, but if he's not "huggy" idk, i'm sure that didn't help but eh i tried

If I were 16 the size of your boobs wouldn't matter to me. Boobs change with time. If a guy goes for a girls because of her boobs and she loses them, weight loss, what then? A girls beauty starts in her eyes.
You have been hugged, Good for you, I don't know if he likes you or not, I don't know the guy. hard to tell from the outside.

Its absoloutely not important to have Big Boobs to be atrractive, i myself like petitie girls that have perky to small sized boobs. The desirable word Perky and Lolita mostly refer to a slimmer frame with perky boobs or mounds. So be confident and not nervous or consious, that would send a bad vibe. All the best.
