ok how do i put someones picture on naked body perfcet on adobe photoshop please help me and give me the proper instructions

There are tutorial available for doing things like this. Google it.
There are also a series of boks, called "In Easy Steps ... " that are $10 each in US funds, http://www.ineasysteps.com , try the one entitled "digital photo projects" or "photoshop projects" and they give you information you can use to learn how to do this.
I won't give you the steps myself for two reasons .. one it will be better for you to practice and learn for yourself, and two, I don;t know what purposes you are using it for, and in case it is "questionable" I don't want to be a part of that. Please watch how you use your skills.

First get photoshop 9, much better
Secondly, your body must be really crap if you want to edit it on adobe. *chuckles* lol
