I remember an old diet that worked for me, but I have no idea how to find it. It was called the TWA stewerdass diest and it was four days. I lost 11 pounds, it said I would lose 10. I am sure it was all water weight probabyly. it was one of those chemical balance diets and you had to eat exactly what it said with NO variations, but it included steak, try to google stewardess diet or chemical balance diets.

Onother one that REALLY works is the cabbage soup diet. It is for five days and you eat cabbage soup evry day + whatever that day calls for. I lost 7 pounds that week and I weighed 130 at the time. People who weigh more lose more, and do so more quickly. I have three friends who have lost a significant amount of weight on this doet and KEPT it off. You have to do it a week and then stop for a week though, b/c you REALLY CAN LOSE TOO MUCH TOO FAST. I know if you google the "cabbage soup diet" you will find it, that is how I found it last year. The sites will give you the diet + a shopping list of all the ingrediaents you need to make the soup + the reciepe. Good luck, this really does work, but I just could not do it for more than 5 days + I only wanted to lost 5-10 pounds. Good luck with your wedding as well

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLtH

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Add another vote for June 19th, but I'm pretty partial to it too!! *EDIT* Have them consider if they want to get married on a Saturday or not. Looked at the dates you gave for June again. June 19th is DEFINITELY a Saturday, so the 16th and 9th are on Wednesdays. I've heard of Friday and Sunday weddings, but have NEVER in my life heard of a Wednesday wedding (unless it was either a VERY small or courthouse wedding)!!

Be careful-- you don't want your dress to be to big or to faint on your wedding day. What I would suggest is drink 3 nalgines (32 oz water bottles) of water a day, do Pilate's (you can download it from iTunes), walk 3 miles a day, and then eat at least 9 servings of fruits and veggies, 3 servings of lean protein, 20g of fiber, and avoid anything with corn syrup in it.

Good Luck!

Avoid carbonated drinks. They can make you bloat!

Try the Smash Diet. It is basically fruits and veggies for the first part of the diet. While you might not stay on it afterwards, it isn't so bad for you.

Avoid processed food as much as possible and drink water like it's going out of style!

Music making you eat more. According to a survey by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your dinner, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence is likely to make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.
