I am not talking about one guy in particular.. just guys that are not like that in general. How do we get them to hit on us?

You don't. If you like the guy and you know he's interested in you, let him make the first move. If you come onto him, he'll think you're easy and you'll develop a bad reputation.........Not good. You'll gain more respect from him and others by not advancing towards him.

flirt, don't be obvious, look stright into his eyes when you talk to him, be his friend first, make him love you. don't tell him everything about you, but don't be too suspiscious, be mysterious, charming, a lady, and don't be full of yourself. be smart, elegant, don't be rude, and have fun, and be yourself, he will love you for being yourself. don't MAKE him come on to you, be his friend first, it's so much easier.

Do you want to trick him? Change him? This does not work.
If you are interested in him, just tell him so. No games or playing. If he does not feel interested - so be it.
