Yes you can and it is fabulous! I make a Dreamsicle drink with vodka, orange sherbet, and vanilla ice cream.

You sure can!!! I am trying to teach staff at work a drink I used to make in the 80's - it's basically a vanilla milkshake with 1/2 oz of kahlua and 1/2 oz of vodka. But just use vodka if you like, or rum.... enjoy!

1 shot vodka
1 shot green creme de menthe
1 shot dark creme de cacao
1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream
A grasshopper, only better. This shows up at my place on St. Patrick's day pretty faithfully. Yum!

I have never mixed the two, although i have mixed it with chocolate milk, lemon aid, oj, fruit punch. It pretty much can be mixed with anything. Yummy! Ice cream sounds good though, I'd like to know how that turns out.
