Why doesn't my Shockwave Player work?

I go to feelwiggy.com and try to play DBZ Mission to Namek, It goes through then it says this movie requires Shockwave Player version 7.0.2 or above. It redirects me to download. I download and install it and everything seems fine. I go back to the site and it keeps doing th same thing. Why?

It could be that your anti-virus or anti-spyware is blocking it. Try using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer to see if that works out better.
