Actually, if you've ever attended a Mass, they do, in fact, wash their fingers in holy water just before conscecrating the host.
At the same time, they pray "Lord, cleanse me of my inequities"
Of course, it goes without saying that most Priests are not pedofiles and your question comes off as very crude and disrespectful.
As a random sidenote, the average human's butt has less germs than the average person's hands.

Of course they wash their hands! How else would their God forgive them?
It's only okay if they scrub for 15-20 seconds with water at at least 100 degrees F. And sanitize, never forget to sanitize.
