My brother in lawe is also in the US AIR FORCE reservist, I want to have him recognized I'm Canadian, He's American who can I write? thanks all.

Take your time and make sure you put your thoughts right. Then submit to a American Newspaper. No not the New York Times they don't like postive about the U.S.

Recognized how? The easiest way would be to write his unit and tell them yourself. If you are writing to a bunch of service men then you can look it up on the internet
