Ok. There is this boy named Ben.I really like him and last summer I told him that, but he didnt like me back at the time. He was always dropping hints and used to flirt around me. All of my friends and his friends think that we make a brilliant couple, but after i told him my feelings, he said he didnt like me and now

yeah i definitely think that Ben still likes you! you should do something about it. tell him how you feel again. tell him you love being friends with him but would like to turn it into something more. hopefully he'll be able to express how he feels. also don't forget to tell him that you love talking to him but you feel that he's distant when you are in person. just open up and share your true feelings. if you do end up together, don't rush it. let things happen as they happen. don't force anything between you two and it will all work out in the end (even though it may not be you two together, just really close friends)

From what you are saying, it sounds as if Ben was too afraid to admit at first that he shared the same feelings as you (often people do this if they are afraid that a relationship will ruin a friendship), or maybe he felt the same way about you at first, but never realized it (boys can often be unbelievably slow like that) and after he told you he didn't like you, he finally realized he liked you. Or his feelings about you have changed. Either way, I firmly believe that he likes you right now. I think he's just afraid that you don't feel that way about him anymore or that he thinks that he hurt or offended you by what he said last summer ... Try to talk to him at school ... Don't bring it up though ... Wait, and try to build on your relationship with him first =^^=

Sounds to me like he knows how you feel about him and that you would like to go out. The ball is in his court now. Don't let his flirting cause you to turn down dates with other guys. He may grow up and ask you out, but then again he may not. Just be careful that you don't put yourself in a position where he might take advantage of the feelings you have for him, and convince you to have sex with him. sweety im not sure if he likes you or not..if he says no then take his word at that. Talking on IM...well, maybe he just enjoys talking to you but doesnt want you to like him more than that. If Im is the only way he can show affection find another guy who thinks youdeserve better than that. They're a little better as you grow up honey, honest...

I don't think he likes you, if he did he would've shown some form of indication even if he is shy. To talk to your friends and just stare at you, please girlfriend move on you are too good for him. He probably thinks you are too forward.To not ask you for a date or anything is enough to tell you how he feels. Try to make him jealous and you will see if he makes a move.
