a couple of quotes for you.....might help....
The sky is deep, the sky is dark
The light of stars is so damn stark.
When I look up, I fill with fear
If all we have is what lies here.
This lonely world, this troubled place
Then cold dead stars and empty space.
Well, I see no reason to persevere
No reason to laugh or shed a tear.
No reason to sleep or ever to wake
No promises to keep, and none to make.
And so at night I still raise my eyes
To study the clear but mysterious skies
That arch above us as cold as stone.
Are you there, God? Are we alone?
The Book of Counted Sorrows
When you come to the edge of all the light you know,
and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown,
faith is knowing one of two things will happen:
There will be something solid to stand on,
or you will be taught how to fly.

Because you're worth more than that! Give yourself a break and talk to someone! Pick up the phone and open up. You need to stop thinking so negatively about yourself. If anyone around you is pulling you down, that you feel, stop hanging around them! The best thing for you to do is not be alone. You need to confide in someone you can trust about your perils in life or lack of interest in it! Are your parents around? How about a sibling or close relative? You need to find something to do, something you can keep yourself busy with like a hobby? Is there anything you've always wanted to do but kept putting it off? Why not go for it now! Meet some new friends. Join a club. Read. Learn to play an instrument. How about learning a career like beauty school? For God's sake, get up and get out...out of your self-pity and loathing! This is negative and not good for you! Believe me when I tell you that I care enough to take a few moments to give you some advice that I have shared time and again, on and off this Yahoo service! Please, do something and stick with it! You can beat this thing called depression...without drugs! If all else fails, then go seek professional help like a psychiatrist or peer counselor! Take it easy and one day at a time! You will find your calling, but only if you make the effort to do so! You can do it! You must repeat this over and over in your head and out loud to yourself when these negative thoughts overcome you..."I can make a change for the better and I am worthy of life!" Make some changes...but make them NOW!

There is a video or dvd that can be viewed on the internet called "The Secret" $4.99 to watch off computer. About the art of positive thinking. If you can think it, dream it, you can achieve it. Most definitely this could help you to better your week. The only one that can change the way your life, week, days go is YOU. Try the video. Invite friends to watch and share cost w/ you. Really a cool video. I had a friend that came over and paid and made me watch it w/ her. And I maybe have 1 bad day in a week.

It may sound obnoxious, but the "lousy 7 days a week" you're having is a decision you have made. Honest -- it's really true, and you have the power within yourself to cancel out the crap that happens in your life, simply by saying "I choose to be positive about this." It doesn't mean denial or delusion, just resolving to look for positive things and protect yourself from the negative things. There are probably people in your life who know how to push your buttons. They know that when they say or do a particular thing, you are going to react the same way every time. If you change your reaction, they will probably change their behavior. You can start out by saying "I'm going to pretend to be an empty-headed, shallow person who sees the world through rose-colored glasses." Just do it, whether or not you agree it's sensible. Be that empty-headed smiling person next time a bad circumstance comes at you. You will be amazed at how strong you suddenly feel, and how the circumstances around you change like magic.

Wish I could tell you it gets better. I only have 6 bad days a week. Anytime I get irritated with the way things are, I think about the people who are stuck in a wheelchair or will never live outside of a hospital room. Even on my worst days, I still have it pretty good. I haven't even cut off any fingers this week! How about you?

God loves you. You need medical help immediately. Go to a doctor and get some medication for your depression. Join a talk therapy group. Go to church. Exercise, ride a bike, dance right where you are. sing a happy song, put on a happy face. You must do something to change your brain chemistry to get yourself in a better frame of mind. I know I have been there. Don't give up! The best is yet to come! Truthfully!

b/c ur not meant to die and i know ur stronger than that and u will get thru ur problems, no matter how difficult they are...face it, sh!t happens...but u still have to keep a positive mind about things...at the time it may seem impossible but u will move on from whatever is holding u down!!! =)
dont go to a doc, they will most likely give u pills and that isnt what u need...think about it, if u make it thru ur problems on ur own, u will feel a lot better about urslef...at least i would!

You must feel depress. Everyone gets that way in their teens. I didn't stay home today since I was off from work, I went to Barnes and Nobles. I got a Prayer book. Best day I ever had.

Is there anything going on in your life making you feel this way, or is it just coming on you out of the blue? If it's a chemical imbalance you need to get to a doctor, he can make your life better than it is. Talk to your doctor so he can determine if it is physical or your feelings. Best Wishes!!
