ray hicks wrote a book Yhe Last Chivaree by Robert Isbell which was also on PBS special Iwhich I missed it was 1996 , saying in the PNS and book Nancy Louisa (Lousie) was a cherokee anyway to find the PBS special for that or the contents of this sub only in his book This was a north carolina north west area/

Have you looked her up .. did a google search? You can try PBS too. But you can try www.cyndislist.com for her name and it might give you a hit. But looking up his book you could give him a email ( ray hicks and Robert Isbell) but I would try the geneology sites and her name ... if no luck email them .
