Mind your own business.. a baby is a blessing no matter how old the mother and God Bless Grandma for being supportive. Would you rather the 15 year old mother live out on the streets with nothing and try to raise her child??? Get a life of your own and quit worrying about everyone else's. It's unfortunate she got pregnant so early- but FANTASTIC that the family (excluding you) is pulling together to clean up the mess.

Funny, you say you aren't sure you can be supportive of her because your family is "christian oriented." God warned us of being so carried away with the splinter in our neighbor's eye we can't see the plank in our own.. translated that means MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND QUIT JUDGING PEOPLE.

Grandma is trying to be a grandma. She can't change what has happened. And it's obviously too late to consider alternatives. So I say I am glad that the mom is supporting her daughter through this. The baby neds clothes so why shouldn't the mom take her daughter to the store... would it be better to kick her daughter out and tell her she's on her own? I think not!

Too many people put religious beliefs before family and common sense. The judgmental people lose in this the most. If they aren't careful they could lose the family too.

I applaud them for having the baby and not aborting it. Yes, 15 is much too young to have a baby, but a baby is the most precious gift in life. The mother I am sure has had lots of mixed feelings about the pregnancy and everything, but that is her daughter and grandbaby and she should stick by them and offer whatever help is needed. I hope the young mother will take responsibility for the baby, and not go back to being a carefree teenager who has no responsibilities. I wish them all the best of luck.

There is no celebration when a 15 year old child has a baby. It would only be your concern if it were your child. If the young grandma wants to raise this baby then let her deal with the consequences. Raise your family with morals and values and teach your children to aspire to more then being a teenage mother. Feel sorry for the family.

I don't really understand what it is that you want in put on...
having a baby at 15 not a good thing, but it is what it is, the mom buying the baby clothes and stuff... we'll the baby needs clothes and I think she is lucky to have a supportive mother...
but I do think the 15 year old should stay home every night and care for her child...

A 15 yr old mother and your asking if you should support her? Damn straight you should because once that baby is here, everyones going to have a change of heart and you dont want her holding grudges because of how she was treated whilst carrying. Everyone makes mistakes, whats done is done and now everyone has to accept that and move on to ways of helping her, i beleive her mother wouldnt be upset because every child is a blessing in disguise and with her help, they shouldnt have a problem.

I think it is very positive that the mother supports this young lady. A kid is a gift of God.
Taking care of a little baby is also a good thing.

I'm sure her mother was upset at first but it's too late to do anything about it now, and baby's do need clothes. She's lucky she has family supporting her so don't stress about it.

Just because she took her shopping doesnt mean she's ok with what happend. Her mom is probably disappointed in her daughter but its better if she helps her through this rather than kicking her out of the house.
