I burned my mac and cheese today and I live in a dorm. The smell is terrible and I cant seem to get rid of it at the moment. I know I should use some air freshener thing but I dont have that at the moment. Any tips?

take it to the trash outside , or that stuff will stink forever

fresh air is the only thing that I know that will get rid of the smell. Even air fresheners won't - you just have the burnt smell and your air freshener scent.

boil some Cinnamon sticks.
Also get rid of any remnants of the offending substance including the pan if you haven't cleaned it yet.
