I got home from work on Sunday. I had worn my old tennis shoes. I only worked about 7 hours. But I had to take a nap when I got home. I am more tired after wearing those shoes than when I wear my boots. Do your shoes make you more tired too?

Absolutely, good shoes are vital when you work. Worn out shoes can cause your back to hurt and a number of unpleasant things to happen. The wisest thing a person that has to be on their feet can do is invest in a really good pair of shoes. A foot doctor told me that bad shoes can actually cause someone to become crippled over a prolonged time. Is that shocking? But it's true he said he has seen it happen.

Yes, in fact they do.
The strain put on your feet is amazing.
I have specific shoes for work, and for the operating room, otherwise I suffer fatigue, foot pain, and back pain.

Yes, I've noticed that too. Sometimes my lower back can hurt as well.
