I've been friends wioth this girl for three years and we have went out before- twice. Last year I had a crush on her and told her that i liked her. This year I still like her and just told her that i liked her. I also told her I liked 3 other girls. She says she only likes me as a friend and that I like too many people. I want her to go out with me and our friendship to remain the same or get better if we break up.

I think she is the jealous type. She doesn't like you say that you like other 3 girls. If you really like her, you should only like her without others. That's the first step you need to show her you like her for giving up others.
