HOW 2 Check the seat availability of flights?

I' m a standby passenger and i want to know the standby status of how much seats are available on the flight, How do I check it?

You have not said what airline.
But in most airline web site you can check the seats just by longing on.
Or use Yahoo. travel and select the city pairs and it well show you the airlines and seats/

Log on to the Carrier's Website or call Reservations. Have you "wait listed" yourself with the Airline? Why are you travelling standby............industry pass.....flight full........using awards ticket?
