Lime wire is a program that uses a p2p "pear 2 pear" network to share files such as Music,Videos,images,and document's it is real easy to use all you would do is download and install Lime wire then type in a search for a song and it will list the songs then download the song. Files will be saved into a folder. Then go to the folder the files saved into open the file and enjoy.

Answering the first question. Limewire is a software program that lets you share your own files such as music and video with other people that have the program. At the same time, you can download music and video from other people just by searching for it. It's a great way to share files and get loads of music without paying for it. Just be sure to put the files you download into a shared folder so things would stay legal.

Not sure exactly what you want to know, but I do recommend that when you are downloading files from Limewire, you have your VirusScan on, as a lot of the files you get from Limewire are viruses.
As for searching, you just pick a topic (audio, software, etc) and then type what you are looking for, it it is available it will be listed in the window. Just double click on the item you want and it will begin to download.

Limewire is a program for sharing files! Be very carefull with it though! some files can be infected with viruses! You can download anything and everything off of Limewire if it has it! Good stuff though!

you could pretty much download anything you want. Remember Morphus? the software company that got shutdown b/c it was letting people get free music? yeah it's just like that. The problem i'm having is that it is not working as fast anymore. i believe it's because they want us to buy the limewire pro.

its like this you ask a friend to borrow a movie or a cd or a computer program or even a picture and then you go home and make a copy and then return it.....well except you have lots of friends.....
