This guy I like and that likes me wont act the same sometimes.One minute hes flirty , the next minute hes acting like I dont exist. I told him how I felt about him and I asked him to homecoming( he said yes and blushed when I told him). I just think its weird that he tells me when his friends or someone he knows likes me ( like his friend-my ex- told him that he was gonna ask me to homecoming and wanted to know my answer). Why would he do something like that and let his friends flirt with me when he likes me? We're friends as well and I know he is shy but I just think its weird that he tells me when people like me. Do you think hes trying to test how much I like him or what?

Whatever his reasons are is not the issue here. In my opinion its very easy to show and give respect to a special one. The point is are you going to except his behavior. You have to be in charge of your life and not let yourself be used or mistreated. Since its obvious that he knows how you feel, then its obvious that he does not respect your feelings. I suggest you confront him and have a discussion to address the matter. Pay close attention as to his reactions, judge for yourself and follow your gut feelings from the results.

some guys are just shy and have to deal with it. and u never really know what a guy thinks about u... Its a total guy thing

how do u know he likes? even if he has said, or has said yes, asked u out is NOT proof.
