the rest of my story on returning vehicle!!!?

well this is what happened the sales man got me to buy it , i know its not an excused but that is what happed, go ahed make fun of me. he offerd to trow a plasma tv if i bought it , they were doing a raffle and some other custumer had won it, but he said if you buy it i will give it to you. so i fell for it, also we have 2 other vehicles and he also convenced me that it will be easy for us to sell one, but it hasent so now iam stuck with 3 carpayments, someone help please.

Well, I won't make fun of you per se, but you deserve what you get.

I would recomend putting the car back on the lot and telling them to sell it on consignment as a demo, your probably going to have to keep up the payment for a couple of months before it sells and you'll definitely lose a few bucks in the process, but the dealership should at least go that far for you. When the vehicle sells and you are able to clear the balance owing, avoid car lots, go to the mall or somewhere else. I think they probably had a few plasma tv's to throw around that day, it's a great little incentive to get people signing papers.

Well, I hate to say it but, he saw you coming... Did you get the offer in writing? If its not in the sales agreement you are out of luck. There's a joke out there "How do you tell when a salesman is lying? Their lips are moving." I trust no one. especially a salesman. They make their living from selling you something. If they cannot create the value on the product alone it's a no sale for me. Why didn't you trade one in? Put an ad in the paper. List it on ebay. You may have better luck.
