Yes puppies and kittens lose their baby teeth just like children. Just not as obvious because they don't cry and whine like babies do when they are teething.

Very normal. The baby teeth of a kitten are replaced just as they are in humans. Sometimes the kittens just swallow them.

Yes, they lose there baby teeth just like kids. It's better if they fall out. If they don't, the permanate teeth come in anyway coming in around the baby teeth and can mess up their bite. I hope this answers your question.
