It's either called ingrown hairs from shaving wrong or...pimples in the groin area.

go see a doctor about this condition. maybe you sweat a lot in the groin area.

You could simply have ingrown hairs or something more serious like a STD. See your doctor.

its a rather new condition called 'acapulco 2-step'. Really dont know much about it other than its a bit like epilepsy ... most of the time your normal, and then suddenly ..... IT STRIKES
