Creatine monohydrate alone will not help you gain muscle mass- it allows you to work out longer and harder. Be careful that stuff made me dizzy to the point of almost passing out.

If you are going to be doing that much physical activity you want to be careful with creatine. You will gain muscle mass, so yes it will make you gain weight, not fat though if that is what you are asking. You need to drink lots and lots and lots of water so you don't hurt yourself. Creatine can give you mad headaches and ruin your kidneys. AND NO ITS CREATINE NOT STEROIDS! YOUR WEINER WILL BE FINE LOL.
