Try eating natural licorice if you can find any near you , most do eat this to keep themselves regulated.Or try drinking hot prune juice with hot coffee that will not only do the trick but it will keep you going all day long.

try grapefruit juice. No Ruby Red or grapfruit combos. Just plain grapefruit juice. Does the trick for me.

prunes or prune juice..,works great..,,good luck..,or castor oil if you can handle the taste but no more than a teaspoon that works really fast.
