Armianists teach that God can see into the future who is going to respond to the gospel and who is not, but if that is true and he sees who is going to reject him, why did Jesus die for them in the first place and why is God trying to save those he knows will not believe? Calvinists believe God sees into the future because he has planned the future and he has planned that all those the father has given him before the foundation of the world will be saved. All others will be lost because of their sin and desire to be lost. John 6:36-40

First off God is omniscient, so dont question his judgement or methods.

But God may be using unsaved people in his ultimate plan for humantity. If we didnt have the choice to love him then it wouldnt be love. God gives everyone choice. Without nonbeleivers the prophecy in Revelation will not come true. Some people make the wrong choice but God provides equal opportunities for everyone to love him. Romans 1:20 says "For since the creation of the World God's invisible qualities - his eternal power and divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse." This says that just for the fact the the earth exists at all means there is a God and therefore people have to reason not to beleive.

God loves everyone. This is an interesting question though. I guess even though God knows who will be saved and who will not, it is His "way" to try to save everyone. As Jesus knew he would be rejected/denied and continued to maintain His relationship with His disciples regardless, God does the same.

No matter what, God will continue trying to save ALL His children until "the end".

God knows who won't accept the Gospel, but he wants to show his love for them, so they realise that they rejected it, even though God tried so hard. If God didn't try to save them, they could have been seen as unfairly treated.

Everyone will bow the knee to God and say "Just and true are thy ways"

Very good question!

Common sense gives you the answer to this one. God does NOT choose to see each individual's future, even though he has the power to do so.

Otherwise, why give us the choice? and why start any of it (Adam) in the first place?

ah! but we don't know! that's part of God's plan! He wants us to acknowledge the non believer and help bring them to Him by preaching the gospel that's part of our responsibility as born agains. God wants to use the born again christian to fulfill His purpose. so it is our choice to help by being ambassadors to Christ.

it was hard for Christ to die on the cross knowing all the time that some would reject Him and continue to sin even while He was being beaten. although, no one would have gone to heaven if He had not died on the cross.

I've wondered about this myself. If everyones name was written
in the Book of Life from the beginning. Why are we wasting our time trying to save people?
But what if the reason thier name was in the Book. Is because
of something we said to them in the present, that changed
them.

Because we have Free Will. We have that ability to make choices and thus change our destiny for the better, or for the worse.

Free Will is supplied and Salvationis offered.

What else can be expect or need.

The all encompassing knowledge of TheGod is obvious.

Imagine standing on the roof a ten-story building. A parade is going to start in the street below. It forms, it begins, and it travels the parade rout length and then disperses. All this happened in your view.
This is the way OUR GOD sees us! Before our birth HE knows the complete and whole story! But HE also orchestrated our "parade rout" before we were even born. That is called PREDESTINATION. Before we were even born HE knew everything.
Romans 8: 30. Ephesians 1: 5. Ephesians 1: 11.

EVERYONE needs to have the chance to either accept or reject Jesus as their savior...

Hmmm... I don't believe that everyone that goes to Hell will spend all of eternity there...

But, I do believe that those who reject Jesus and the Holy Spirit WILL spend eternity in Hell.

He died for those who were going to accept him in the world. God is just, He is giving everyone a fair chance to belive in Him, so when they are before Him on judgment day, they wont have any excusses of not hearing about his offer of salvation, which is free, all you have to do is obey Him for u not to lose it.
