It depends totally on how you define sex, socially we define sex as penis to vagina penetrative sex, but this of course overlooks homosexual couples and women by large – given as only around 30% of women orgasm (or even enjoy) penetrative penis to vaginal sex, as women's bodies are simply not built in a way which enjoys this form of sex alone.

How we define sex is very narrow-minded and very male-orientated, as such a lot of people will define sex as any sexual act between two people. Essentially loosing your virginity means when you have had sex with someone else, whether you define oral sex as sex (it is certainly a form of sex) or if you define a particular act of oral sex as sex (say if with one person it was just messing around, but with someone else there was a definite sexual and emotional connection), it's definition is up to you.

If you have oral sex you still a virgin because the only way your not a virgin is if you have penetration. well that's what i have learn from medical school.

Yes, intercourse defines virginity.

You would no longer be a virgin to oral sex though.
