Without your GF going through the hassel of the investigative BS, it's next to impossible. We live in a society where sexual preditors and those who like underage girls have free reign.

The reason? Too many disgruntled wives and GF's pulled the "he's a pedophile" card to "get even" with their men for not wanting to put up with their partners crap.

Thats why when my daughter (who was 4 YO at the time and her friend who was 3) were molested by the brother of a friends wife and the guy got away with only 13 months total time.

The process of gathing evidence is so invasive and traumatizing to a young child or even a teen girl that it's almost not worth the slap on the wrist the guy gets from the legal end.

Best off,, (Not saying you should break the law) but,, when I look back on the hell my kid went through, I should have taken my best friends advice and just had all my guy friends and I get together and beat the ever living sh#t outta the guy!

Like "AS IF" He'd be brave enough to press charges considering he doesn't want the law involved and I'm sure everyone would say the reason why they beat his @ZZ.

Has he been convicted?

If so, he's a registered sex offender and you can call your local police department and tell them that you know he is committing a crime.

Oh, there were no complaints? But you want to complain? Are you underage? Is he sleeping with you?

If so, he's NOT a registered sex offender and you can call your local police department and tell them that you know he is committing a crime.

You don't know that he's committing a crime but you want him in prison because your girlfriend *says* that she slept with him last year but made the decision not to call the police or any other agency that could help her?

If so, tell her to make a report.

Or is it that you want him to go to prison because you saw him have sex with three children last year? If so, why the hell didn't you call the police when you saw the first one?

I mean really, dude, anyone can make unsubstantiated claims against anyone else, but if no one has complained, and if you have no evidence to give to the police, and no one (who was there) willing to tell the police that he has done these things, what the heck are they going to do?

If you honestly believe he is committing crimes against children, call the freaking police. If they are unable to do anything, hire a private detective to prove it. Or watch him, and if he takes a kid to his place, call the police!

My daughter was with an adult when she was 14. I KNEW they were sleeping together. But she said they weren't. If I hadn't had another kid fatally ill, I'd simply have moved. But I couldn't. It took two years before I could get him arrested. And that's ONLY because I called the police EVERY single time she was missing, and they finally caught them together, fully dressed, and he had a visible erection.

But if you are messing with someone who really hasn't done anything to kids, you may be the one who winds up in jail.

Well if you are Nor related to any girl that he sleep with there is nothing in your power to done by your self, but i strongly recomend to have a good conversation with the parents of that girls to let them know that what thayr doing is so ingnorant, because when someone sleeps with a minor thats deserve jail time because thas a felony call "Minor corruption" so the parents have to fill a report to the police. ASAP.

Unfortunately someone has to have the nerve to report him. You could call and report him yourself but will the girls he has been with admit it when asked? Depends alot on the state you are in. Unfortunately it is even sometimes hard to do anything about someone like this when the girls and parents get involved. Thats a sad situation.

Depends on how long ago it was when he did it. There is a statute of limitations on statutory rape, however, now it may be hard to prove since none of them came forward when it happened. Your girlfriend, if she was a victim, needs to talk to her parents or another adult that she can trust and soon. Just don't try to take the law into your own hands or you may end up in trouble too.

Call the police and tell them the guys name and address and what he did. Let them take it from there. How old are you and why is the 15 year old your girlfriend, she is still too young to be dating, even you. Hands off.

Have your girlfriend report it to the police. In most states the statute of limitations is 5 years, so he probably will be prosecuted.

Report this to the police, they will get the process started. For him to go to jail, one of the girls will probably have to testify, so you will need to talk to your gf about this. Best of luck to you!

So you want to send this guy to prison? Why not challenge him to a fight, that would be the manlier thing. I think you should leave it up to the girl and her parents to report him. If you want to do anything about it, then tell him you'll meet him after school in the parking lot. Remember to tell him which school you go to.

In order to really get something done, I think one of the girls' parents have to press charges first.
