If its not ulcers, what else would cause bleeding and vomiting if the stomach?

I think you are reffering to a perforated ulcer. Perforated ulcers are extremely serious and occur when an ulcer eats a hole in the wall of the stomach or duodenum. Bacteria and partially digested food can spill through the opening into the sterile abdominal cavity (peritoneum). This causes an inflammation of the abdominal cavity and wall. A perforated ulcer that can cause sudden, sharp, severe pain usually requires immediate hospitalization and surgery.

Yes. My closest friend had bleeding ulcers (ruptured). Couldn't keep anything in him and was bleeding from the mouth as well as the bum..he had to have surgery to stop it.

absolutely ! its called a bleeding ulcer,and its a medical emergency-my friends father almost died and had to get a transfusion.

I have never known one to rupture but one can bleed.
