I've heard that Red Bull is illegal in some European countries because it is not safe. Can anyone provide a website to prove or disprove that energy drinks are safe. I'm specifically concerned about AMP energy drink

it has been tested with food experts... i don't think the gov. will allow that to happen if its bad for you. But just dint depend on it ...u might get hooked!

Energy drinks have a high caffeine content, like coffee. It's true they're a C-class drug in france (so I heard) It's just as dangerous/safe to drink a cup of coffee, so if you can handle coffee then the drinks are fine. Sports drinks on the other hand are just pumped full of sugar.

If any food or drink has a warning regarding how much you should allow on a daily rate it should automatically be understood that it could be harmful, redbull is recommended a daily intake of no more than 2 cans, try to eat/drink things that don't come out of a packet, can or bottle, closer to nature , less inclusion of chemicals/ denaturing of food
