How do you let her know that her child is BAD in a nice way and ask her to try and discipline him and he's only 3 and she wont let me brother discipline him. I need serious help it's driving me crazy

I would tell her firmly but calmly that she must control and discipline her child, or she will have to find somewhere else to live.
It is nice that you allow her to live with you, but it is your home. You have a right to peace in your own home.

if she don't take control now he's only 3. he will be worse when he's older. tell her you will not put up with that kind of behavior in your house. if you have children it can effect them. she needs to discipline him or move out.

Tell her that either she discipline her son, or you will, if she doesn't like it, she can find her own place to live. If he's that bad now, wait until he's older and bigger.

well their is no nice way tell your sister that .tell her if you can't control him well let your brother . if that doesn't work well you don't need a 3yr old making your life bad .when she can she needs to go so you can have a nice life.

Don't say that he's bad, say that his behavior (be clear which behavior), is a problem for you because "______". Talk about what he does, and what it does to you-how it disturbs, upsets, whatever.
